Finz Presents a Sam Adams Beer Dinner!








For whatever reason, I got really excited about the idea of the Beer Dinner at Finz. I love experiencing the pairings during each course, but it's usually wine-oriented. This sounds like a great opportunity for great food, good brew, and mid-winter, mid-week fun!

Sam Adams Cream Stout

Bacon Fried Oysters - Served with crisp pork belly and a malt vinegar aioli

Sam Adams Heffeiweizen

Seared Ahi Tuna Sliders - Topped with a cucumber nori salad, wasabi vinaigrette, soy mayo and beer battered onion rings

Sam Adams Boston Lager

Baked Lobster Mac n’ Cheese - Chunks of lobster baked with mini penne pasta in a four cheese cream sauce finished with a buttered lobster tail

Sam Adams Cherry Wheat

Truffled Walnut Butter Stuffed Pork Loin - Served with brie caramel sauce and spiced Bosc pears

Sam Adams Winter Lager

Served with warm apple cornbread topped with candied bacon and maple ice cream
