Salem Ferry has new digs at Blaney Street

Have you ridden the Salem Ferry lately?  If you have, then you know Blaney Street has a whole new look!  The "landside improvements" of the Salem Wharf project have been completed, giving us a beautifully paved parking lot and a new terminal (with climate control and proper rest rooms!).

Salem Ferry service remains the same, providing an awesome transportation option between Salem and Boston.  In under an hour, you can be transported from Salem to Boston, or vice-versa, via the beautiful north of Boston Coastline and Salem and Boston harbors.  There's a galley on board for snacks and drinks, as well as restaurants and both enclosed and outside seating options.

The Ferry travels from Salem to Boston on the odd hours (7am, 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm and 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays), and from Boston to Salem on even hours (8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 8pm, and 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays).  The fares are $19 RT for adults, $17 RT for seniors and kids.  You'll save a few dollars if you buy your tickets online
